1. How do I place an order with Alpanya?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collections, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. Your order will be processed and shipped promptly.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. After the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible, but we'll do our best to assist you.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime by entering your tracking number in the "Track My Order" section on our website.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Switzerland. However, we are looking to expand to more locations in the near future, and we'll keep you updated on our shipping capabilities.

5. Is it safe to shop on Alpanya?

6. What is the return policy at Alpanya?

7. How do I return a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving it. We'll guide you through the return or exchange process and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, Alpanya does not offer gift cards, but we are considering adding them in the future. Please check back for updates!

9. Can I change my delivery address after Iโ€™ve placed an order?
You can update your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to the address.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
